If you have any question about this notice or about how your data is handled, write to us at the address above — privacy requests are answered directly, without intermediaries.

What data we collect

When you contact us — by email, by phone or through this website — we may collect the details you choose to share with us:

  • Name and job title
  • Telephone number
  • Email address
  • Postal address

When you browse the site, our hosting infrastructure automatically records limited technical data:

  • IP address
  • Browser type
  • Domain names
  • Access times
  • Referring website
  • Pages visited

We do not and will not collect highly sensitive personal information such as racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation or political affiliations.

How we use your data — and on what legal basis

We process personal data only for the purposes below, each resting on a legal basis under Article 6(1) GDPR:

  • To deliver the services you request — answering your enquiry, preparing and holding a strategy call, and performing a contract or the steps leading up to one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
  • To operate, secure and improve this website — using the technical data listed above (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure site).
  • To keep you informed about TealSpark products and services, or to invite you to surveys and research — only where you have agreed to it (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
  • To set non-essential cookies — only with the consent you give through the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Cookies

By default, this website sets essential cookies only — the minimum needed for the site to function. Analytics or marketing cookies are set only after you accept them through the cookie banner shown on your first visit; if you choose "Essential only", none are set.

You can change your choice at any time via "Cookie preferences" in the footer of every page, which reopens the banner. You can also delete or block cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Who we share data with

We do not and will not sell, rent or lease our customer lists to third parties.

We may share data with trustworthy suppliers who help us provide our services — such as our hosting provider — and only to the extent needed for that purpose. Every such supplier is required to keep your data confidential and may not use it for anything else.

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this notice — typically for the duration of our exchange or business relationship — or for as long as a legal obligation (such as accounting or tax law) requires us to retain it. After that, it is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can, at any time and free of charge:

  • Ask for information about the personal data we hold about you
  • Access that data
  • Have inaccurate data rectified
  • Have your data deleted
  • Restrict how your data is processed
  • Receive your data in a portable format
  • Object to the processing of your data

Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise any of these rights, email info@tealspark.lu.

Right to complain

If you believe our processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority: the Commission nationale pour la protection des données (CNPD).

Governing law

This privacy notice and any dispute arising from it are governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. The courts of Luxembourg have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time — for example when our services or legal requirements change. The date at the top of this page always shows when it was last revised.
