Built for the gap between promise and production
Most companies don't need another AI pilot. They need someone who stays — through the unglamorous work of understanding processes, wiring systems together and proving results in real operations. TealSpark was founded to be that partner.
That conviction became MODE — Map, Orchestrate, Deliver, Evolve. Not a framework for slideware, but a working rhythm: every step closes with something concrete, and the engagement isn't over when the demo works — it's over when your team runs the system without us.
We are based in Howald and work across Luxembourg and the Greater Region — close enough to sit with the people doing the work, which is where every good engagement starts.

Vaidas Kondrackis believes every Luxembourg company — from fund services to heating installers — can run in AI MODE. He builds with the technology he recommends: from multi-agent AI systems to secretaire.lu, TealSpark's own AI receptionist, his advice comes with working software attached. With a background in operational and business risk management, he guides leadership teams through the AI transition with an eye for what can go wrong as much as for what can go right — mapping where AI moves the needle, orchestrating the change, and staying at their side while the systems deliver.
