Step 1
Scope the project with TealSpark
We map a concrete AI project, size it to the €3,000–€25,000 (excl. VAT) eligible range, and issue a detailed quote — the document your application is built on.
Step 2
Get your free pre-analysis
Book the free pre-analysis at the House of Entrepreneurship (Chamber of Commerce) or eHandwierk (Chamber of Skilled Trades). They confirm eligibility and help you complete the form.
Step 3
ImportantFile the application before any work starts
Your company submits the aid application, built on our quote, before the project begins. This order is mandatory — costs committed before approval cannot be reimbursed.
Step 4
We build it via MODE
Once the aid is approved, TealSpark delivers the AI system through our MODE method — Map, Orchestrate, Deliver, Evolve — and invoices the agreed scope.
Step 5
Claim up to 70% back
You pay our invoices, then claim up to 70% of eligible costs back — a maximum of €17,500 — from the scheme.
03Eligibility
Is your company eligible?
SME Packages – AI is open to Luxembourg-registered SMEs in most sectors. Four conditions matter most, and a short list of sectors is excluded. TealSpark checks your eligibility before you commit.
- A registered office in Luxembourg
- A valid business permit from the Ministry of the Economy
- A genuine economic activity as your main line of business
- Not a company in financial difficulty
Some sectors are excluded — for example large retail over 400 m², transport, traditional finance and certain liberal professions. We confirm your sector qualifies before you apply.
